Install HAPP
Choose the version for your operating system.
If the App Store or Google Play is unavailable on your network, download the installer before travelling or contact support for an alternative setup option.

Connect to AlfaVPN with HAPP
Install the app, add the personal key from your email or account, and turn on your protected connection.

Copy your connection key
Your personal key arrives by email and is also available in your AlfaVPN account. Copy the entire link.

Open the app
Launch HAPP after installation.

Add your key
Tap the “+” button in the top-right corner and paste the key you copied.
- Tap the “+” button.
- Choose the option to add from your clipboard.
- Check that a new profile appears in the list.

Turn on the VPN
Tap the connect button. Tap it again whenever you want to disconnect.
- Allow HAPP to add a VPN configuration when your device asks.
- If a service does not open, refresh the server list and try another location.
On iPhone or iPad, confirm the system request to add a VPN configuration.
